2. Refund Timeframes

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription, no questions asked.

Note: This applies only to your first subscription. Subsequent renewals are subject to other refund conditions.

Prorated Refunds

For service issues beyond our control or billing errors, we may offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing

Payment Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

Processing Fees

Transaction fees charged by payment processors are typically non-refundable. However, in cases where the refund is due to our error or service issues, we may absorb these costs.

Currency and Exchange Rates

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds

Refund

Returns money for the current billing period and may result in immediate service termination.
